Business, leadership and work-life changes that require going deep over time are often where he focuses his work with leaders, teams and organizations. As a strategic thinker with practical business acumen and strong people skills, Alan is motivated to ask hard questions and tackle tough issues that make a difference. Alan holds degrees from Emory University (BA, Psychology) and Georgia State University (MS, Human Resource Development). His first-hand experience also includes several major transitions, a battle with cancer and a serious auto accident. He has a special compassion for individuals and families who are navigating business, work and life challenges. Married since 1988, Alan and his wife Mary Ann live in metro Atlanta. They have two daughters -- one grown and the other in college. |
