Time = Life | Therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or master your time and master your life. (Alan Lakein)

Setting Up a Weekly Time Budget
  1. Begin with a period of personal reflection, prayer and/or Bible reading.
  2. Estimate the average amount of time that you spend sleeping and working/commuting in a typical week.
  3. Fill in the remaining categories in the “Currently” column based on your best weekly estimates. A week equals 168 hours.
  4. Fill in the “Ideal = God’s Best” column based on adjustments you need to make in how you're spending time.
  5. Review your time budget weekly. You may want to print and keep one or more copies in, on or near your Bible, car, refrigerator, mirror, desk, TV or computer. Revise as necessary.
